Walking home this afternoon
I’m having a proper #breakfast this morning, There’s a busy day ahead and guess there won’t be time for lunch. But this will keep me going!
I am so delighted that eggs have been completely rehabilitated as a healthy food, and all the scares about them causing high cholesterol debunked. And now they are discovering that natural animal fats may actually have a role in protecting your heart. This has been my favourite breakfast for years and I especially enjoy it on fasting days (I do the 5:2 Fast diet) when its 166 calories of good protein gives me all the energy I need for the whole day.
